Hey Girl Ashwagandha has been incredibly helpful in managing my anxiety and decreasing my need for pharmaceutical management. I had increasing anxiety related to my mother dying and starting this supplement really helped me to manage my anxiety. With this product and some mindfulness techniques, I have avoided needing stronger prescription medications. I have also noticed an increase in libido since starting this supplement. This has been a helpful side effect as life stress has significantly decreased my sex drive over the last few months/years. I also feel the quality and purity is great as the Hey Girl supplement has made a noticeable difference in my symptoms that I did not appreciate in other ashwagandha products I have tried.

I ordered HG Ashwaganda for stress relief and as a sleep aid during one of the most stressful times in my normally low stress life. With everything involved with moving, selling my house, still working a full time job and managing my 16 year old son I was kind of messed up. My sleep cycle was off, i couldn’t sleep and I had to stay up late packing and organizing, then go to work the next day.... It’s crazy ! After I ordered this I couldn’t even get myself to be calm enough to sit down to read the label and figure out how and when to take these so I’d take one and then forget for a few days then take one when I remembered. This weekend I went out and bought a pill organizer from Walgreens with 3 sections. That forced me to space out my dosage. I put two pills in the first section and then two in the last section. I’m taking some Zinc and other stuff too so I put those in there too. Yesterday was the first day I took this product correctly. I noticed that at bedtime I felt like the bed was calling me whereas before I’d be up thinking, pondering and planning and in a constant state of anxiety driven non-productive movement. I was just a ball of anxiety until I’d fall asleep at 3am ! But yesterday was the first time in to the correct dosage and I felt different. I was out shopping and the way I interacted with people was so different. I shared my cookies with the security guards at the door of the shop I went into... ( I don’t usually do that kind of thing ). At what should be my normal bedtime 9pm, I was thinking “ wow what the heck is going on here ???” I’m so sleepy !!! I decided to go with the feeling and get ready for bed. I fell sleep within 2 minutes... I didn’t toss and turn out rearrange the blanket like 100 times as I normally do. I got the sack and slept straight through the night. But here’s the kicker- MY DREAMS !!! My dreams were so.... I don’t know how to describe it but I was awake in them. First of all I never even REMEMBER my dreams... so to be dreaming and aware that I was dreaming was another heads up that this stuff is working ! I know this could be a fluke ( actually I don’t think so ) because it was only the first day of taking it BUT I’m going to order another bottle just to be sure I don’t run out. I think HG Ashwaganda is just what I need !!!

So far so good, I have been taking since October and am noticeably less stressed when I am consistently taking it each day. Although I haven't noticed increased energy, I will continue to take it.

I have been taking this for a month now and I have noticed it has helped with my anxiety and keeping it calm, I don’t have many anxiety attacks now and I’m not as stressed as before, they don’t have a flavor and they are easy to swallow, and love that there isn’t a lot of extra stuff in them it’s simple, I just ordered my second bottle and I hope it continues to work, I haven’t noticed it helping with sleep but everyone is different.

I have been on MANY prescription anti-depressants/anti-anxiety meds over the years and they always made me feel so disconnected from life. Like an uncaring robot. Since using this Ashwagandha, I feel I've joined the world again. It took about a week to really kick in and I find I'm not bothered by anxiety, my mood is lifted and I can be calm about the curves that life throws my way. I feel so zen. Best of all, I'm off the prescription.

The size is perfect, doesn’t get stuck on the back of my throat and doesn’t have a weird after taste. I have never felt so relaxed battling with anxiety and depression these pills give me the energy to get up everyday and do what i have to do. My mood has changed dramatically! My sleep is better than ever. Love them.
