A wonderful Guide
Love this book! From the first sentence, 'Food is life giving away it's own life to make your life.' I was hocked. After reading that sentence, I stopped reading and thought very deeply about food. I eventually even changed my prayer to 'Thank you food for giving your own life to sustain my life'.This book is the best guide not only to cooking, but on how you should look at food, how you need to prepare it. If you follow the guide as I did, you will experience food becoming an active ingredient in your life and will no longer be constipated!I highly recommend it!

Love it but little confusing.
I am starting to do this lifestyle. The only problem I have is what food can go with what? From the pictures I can see 3 to 4 different sides. What are they? It does not look like I can only eat salad at 10am. That is where I am completely lost.

Real clean eating
If you want to eat clean nutritious food, it cannot get cleaner than this. There are a variety of recipes for juices, salads, curries etc. The salad recipes are so well formulated. There are no unnecessary readymade dressings used, just some very simple yet delicious diy dressings. I've already tried a few recipes. I felt so energetic, light after consuming it. I could feel my body thinking this is the kind of food I need.

Great Recipes
Namaskaram Sadhguru Fam! This cookbook is just as wonderful as our beloved Sadhguru Ji. I enjoy many of the recipes. There are a few pictures of guests and the children that are fed everyday. The book also includes the meal which breaks the day-long Ekadashi fast at the Isha Yoga Center as well as "well-being" insights from Sadhguru Ji.

Feeling a little deceived.
I was hoping these were his own recipes. But they are mostly recipes served at the yoga center in India. All the same, healthy for you food.

Really good cookbook
Be aware, some recipes have exotic ingredients. Example: I'm not going to find banana blossoms in northern Minnesota markets, lol. But the pumpkin/coconut salad was a big hit at Thanksgiving! Very interesting recipes. Access to a good Indian grocery is all you need.

I eat too much!
Good guide for balance diet!!

Not what I thought
I thought it was going to be a book on eastern healing philosophy and it turned ou to be a recipe book. I'm still very pleased. Any insight from Sadhguru is a pleasure.
