I bought this for my wife who is truffle mad and this powder is a really good seasoning for anything you want truffle flavoured.She uses it almost every day and we still have the jar a couple of months later as you dont need much as its high quality.

Really good truffle flavour. I took note of previous reviewers commenting on how once its opened the smell can be rather powerful. I simply unscrewed the lid, lifted a tiny bit of the protective seal, just enough to sprinkle a little amount, then left it in place to reseal the jar. You really do only need a tiny amount to add that something extra. It makes it very good value. I only bought it after trying the parmesan and truffle fries on holiday. Fries simply sprinkled with fresh fine grated parmesan and a sprinkle of truffle dust. Very posh cheesy chips.

Great product. Adds depth of flavour to any dish.Even double wrapped in a tub and clingfilm but I can still smell it the next morning . (It saves buying a truffle scented candle)

I've purchased 3 times now. Previously tried the Truffle Guys and found their customer service awful, their truffle dried up after about 2 months and I used to have to fight with it with a knife to try and get some dust, and they wouldn't replace it for me. Whereas, this truffle, I manage to use the whole jar, no knife needed, and I use it within a longer timeframe with no issues. It's also easy to distribute. I like the taste and have no reason to deviate from this brand now. I believe they do an oil and I'm sure I'll try this at some stage too.

If you enjoy truffle and would like a strong air freshener in the scent of truffle then buy this.Once I opened it to use the smell just stayed in the kitchen for days.I have had to decant into a silicone sealed glass jar with lid and put that inside a zip lock bagStill only thing you smell in cupboard but at least kitchen is no longer fragranced by truffleLovely with parmesan on chips though!!!

This stuff is so potent and strong smelling my whole kitchen smells like truffle. Everytime the cupboard where it lives is opened you get a waft of truffle. I've had to put it in a sealed bag because it's almost too strong smelling.Delicious on eggs.

I brought this because I wanted a truffle flavour in dishes.I have previously brought minced truffle but it went mouldy exceptionally quick. So I wasn't going to make that expensive mistake again.Pro/ConPro - Powdered - due to being a dry powder it lasts. We have had ours for 2 months and it is still potent.Con - Jar seal - I like truffle, but the seal on this jar isn't airtight. So the whole larder smells of Truffle. Seriously this isn't an exaggeration, you may want to get an airtight container for the jar.Pro/Con - ingredients - the actual truffle content is quite low. However I can vouch it smells/tastes as it should. Be aware this might not be good enough for some more refined tastes.Overall - I like the product, I love that it will last a decent amount of time, but I am not so enthusiastic about the weapons grade smell which could be solved with better packaging. I will buy again.
