The phone has no dial tone, volume, no sound. The quality is horrible. Stopped working after only 3 weeks. I purchased it for my dad because he’s losing his hearing. Worry decision ever.

This phone is junk , can't hear on it terrible echo and it never would " hang up " open line the entire time it was plugged in .Spend a little more money and find another phone .

Price is right.

The person I bought this for has no technology skills and just needed a land line phone that she could call out on and answer. No frills, no recorder, no caller ID, just large numbers, easy to dial....fits the bill!

Two major issues with Seniors is poor eyesight and poor hearing. Love the big numbers, but the sound is just not loud enough .

This phone is lightweight and has large, easy to read push buttons. My only minor complaint is that it is slightly tricky to hangup. I have found the receiver off-hook after ending a call. However, because this phone requires no electricity other that that from the phone line itself, it is handy to have during power outages.

The phone has been an excellent help for my mom. The speed dial is great for her.But there needs to be a number added. The micro manual is no where to be found. How does one program this phone's speed dial? I posted the question and the seller said to look at the manual. Bad answer dude.

I gave this phone as a gift and the button to hang up gets stuck. it is impossible to get it to come up. My mom kept saying that it was broken and I didn't get it. Now I see the hang up button completely stuck down and my return window closed over two weeks ago. Although it is a nice design nice and large and light. It is unusable and I wasted 30.00 now I have to buy a new phone for my mom.these things should be quality tested
