I can't speak for my husband, but I can tell you what he thinks, they are a great value for the money, they give you energy and also giving you vitamins that you might not get from other vitamins, the size container is amazing and they are gummy vitamins which my husband loves, the taste is also amazing, they are very effective if you are looking for a multivitamin that has all the vitamins in it that you want and one that also gives you more energy, then I would definitely give these a try.

I guess they're pretty alright. The label shows decent amounts of vitamins and minerals. Unfortunately, the flavor is a bit bitter and sour. But I suppose I got them for their function, not their flavor (otherwise I'd score them lower). We'll see in time how they function.

Based on the quality of this product I'm sure if I was vitamin deficient I would notice a significant increase in its performance
