Q: is there a pin out diagram for this board ?

On the board I received today, October 18, 2017, there are NO pin labels on the bottom of the board. In fact, there is no labeling at all, contrary to the product pictures above. The board has no pin labels on top, either. The NodeMCU documentation I have just found has a completely different set of pin assignments as compared to the pictured pin labels above.

Q: I've downloaded every driver i can find and neither my pc nor my mac will recognize this thing. help?

One of the reviewers said it required CH210 instead of the usual CH340 or CP2102. Since this is an old question it may not help you, but I hope this helps someone down the road,

Q: Are these Rev0 or Rev1 of the esp32 chip?

The chip revision is 1. I obtained this by running the code to retrieve it from the ESP32 module itself, so I know it's accurate. My delivery date was Jul 12, 2017.

Q: set esp32 as web server, but lost connection after 1 minutes, maybe wifi sleep, is there any way not wifi sleep?

This ESP32 has dormant function, but only if you write a command in the software and enable it, the dormant function will be eabled. If like this, please remove this command. If you didn't write such a command, the disconnection may be due to weak wifi signal or the wifi has large interference.
