ZurnCO2450-PV4 Adjustable Floor Cleanout, Nickel Top, 4" PVC, Brass

Very nice looking for a cleanout in a patio, or walkway. The fact that it adjusts to height makes getting it flush with the surface very easy. Quality is very good

We were adding a concrete patio, and smack dab in the middle was the sewage clean-out. I wanted something that was flat, and level with the concrete. I also wanted it to look nice. This was perfect. Our concrete guy was impressed as well!

The item was used in brick walkway. It needed to be decorative, sturdy, flush and completely sealed with access only when needed. This item fit the bill exactly. It was a little pricey but the project was finished and it looks great.

As a plumbing contractor, Zurn products are always good quality. These clean outs are good as well. Adjustable and has an integrated clean out screw plug under the cover. My advice for anyone installing these is to remember that your riser needs to be exactly perpendicular to your finished surface. Can be difficult to achieve. A micro clean out cover with a Tom cap might be easierReading through other reviews....FYI plumbing piping is measured by inner diameter. A 3” model measures about 3.5” inside so that it fits onto a 3” pipe

We weren’t able to use the pvc pipe as the hole was irregular but the brass part worked perfect. We’re basically just covering up a drain hole in the pool decking.

This is a great product but metal color does not have hardly any yellow gold color in it. This worked out better for me but others will probably be disappointed in color.

Good price and shipped fast. Fits over a 4” sch40 PVC pipe (4.5” OD).

Glad to know I can get these from Amazon when needed.
