Q: Not low-profile bracket is complete?

Sorry, but your wording makes the question ambiguous. Here is what I can say: My unit came complete with the low-profile bracket attached. I took that one off and attached the taller bracket that was included in the package. Then, I installed the card in my desktop PC, connected it to my 4K monitor using an HDMI-to-DVI cable, turned the PC on and installed the drivers from the CD that came in the package, and it all was operational.

Q: How it will perform when we using for architectural 3D tools like 3ds Max, Lumion 3D.... etc?

I spoke to an AutoCAD representative directly and he recommended the Quadro K600. It was also one of the cards recommended on the AutoCAD website. My AutoCAD engineer seems to be pleased with the performance. However, he does not do a ton of 3D rendering. It's always best to check with the manufacturer of the 3D modeling product you're using to get the best equipment for the type of work you will be doing. Hope this helps.

You can hook up any two monitors that have a connection for display port and dvi regardless of resolution. You can even use an adapter to dvi, hdmi, or display port to suit whatever you monitor has inputs for including going back to VGA

Q: Would this be good for online gameing in medium or high settings?

The Quadro K600 NVidea not recommend it for gaming, but if it is for use in linux runs fine on ubuntu 12.04; this card is good for CAD, with Blender for simple things. There are better graphics cards for game equivalent price, EVGA GeForce GTX 750Ti with G-SYNC Support 2GB 128bit GDDR5 (640 cuda cores) $ 149 I think best option to play.
