Great product to keep in the pantry if you need egg whites, I have used this to make marshmellow which has turned out lovely.

Easy to use, good flavour
Exactly as described on packet, powdered egg white. Mixing can be a little tricky, tip make sure you use enough water . Ideal for baking or where egg white only is needed, I use frequently to improve texture in gluten free baking.

USE: Celebration cake: The powder eventually mixed as per instructions. However, the Royal icing was more cream in colour rather than white, even after much beating together with the electric hand mixer!I’ve been cake making & decorating for 50yrs & feel this brand would well suit home made moulding icing for children’s cakes or cakes that require different colours! Also, to make meringues!
