Great workbook with instructions on how to teach each lesson.

I absolutely love this resource. Not only is it great because it literally has everything available to you right there, but it has "fact sheets" for each prefix and suffix, so you don't have to research them individually. And there are plenty of activities to go along with each pre & suff, that even the kiddos who don't pick up on it the very first time, will succeed with it! :-)

I am using this product to tutor an eighth grader in reading and vocabulary…. I was worried that it might be too simplistic for her but she likes it including the worksheets. I like the fact it is well laid out and has teachers tips in it:)…

This book is a great resource for homeschool. I've done one lesson and I love how the book breaks down the lessons and makes it easy to teach. The book comes with a CD.

I'm a 4th grade teacher at a Title 1 school and I LOVE this book. Nearly 90% of my students come in below grade level and struggle with vocabulary acquisition for a variety of reasons. The roots approach works. I was able to move my students through the activities quickly and am now working on using the extension activities to review and add new base roots to their repertoire.

Purchased for homeschooling. Daughter and I are both enjoying these lessons. It is a student workbook and the lessons are short, but fun to learn. Compound words, syllables, prefixes and suffixes, etc. It also comes with a cd-rom, which we have not used, yet. Very pleased with this curriculum.
