Great way to add fiber to your diet. It mixes really well into anything. I usually add it to my coffee in the morning, and you can't taste it whatsoever.

fine product, awkwardly shaped container
works just fine, doesnt give weird feeling movements etc. (TMI ? haha)but the container is a really annoying shape once you get past the first half of the container. Really wish they made it easier to scoop out.
