I ordered this because I got fed up with phone apps. It took more time then usual to be delivered but it arrived on time. It's a little tricky to set up. Read the instructions carefully and DO write down (as they say in instructions). When you start programming you only have 8 secs for each entry otherwise you keep starting over. Once That was done it works great! Really happy with it so far - comes with a neck rope and a clip but I put it in a zipped pocket. Very accurate and it stores info for 30 days and says it puts the old info where you can access - not used yet so can't say anything about it. It's seems quite sturdy and the clip on slides off easily if you want to use the neck sturdy neck string. Info is als easy to scroll through.

love that I can walk in place and it’s still accurate. Tells time and counts miles and workout minutes. Perfect shade of pink

Really great product but lacked directions for use.

I use this everyday. The device is well made, easy to read and works great. The set up was a little challenging but after that, all was good. I like that they give several ways to view 'set up' instructions. There's an instruction manual and video. They even have customer service online, phone and email. I wish it was a little smaller but I'm used to the size now. I would recommend this for walkers that want a manual pedometer that doesn't need a phone app. It has all the features I wanted too.

piece of junk - not at all accurate and very hard to set up as well. The main issue is that it was not accurate. I could take two steps and the stupid thing would say I had taken over 20. I reset it and try again. I could 20 steps and of course it would say I took 11 or something like that. Very disappointing. It's products like this that are moving people to the fit bit.In addition to reviewing this a month ago, I was now (in my opinion) harassed by the company to change my review. The company called me (have no clue how they got my phone number), and offered to replace it for free in exchange for me changing my review. I said no thanks and explained I now have a fit bit. The conversation continued on their part that they would do it for free and work with me to set my stride, etc., all because they wanted me to change my review. I gave an honest review of the product. They wouldn't take no for an answer. The remainder of the conversation was still focused on my changing my review. Ok, I've added this to the review, but I don't think that's what they meant.

I’ve been using this pedometer for about a week. The setup was relatively simple and the instruction manual clear. I was looking for a pedometer that didn’t require connecting to either my phone or laptop and this one provides quite a bit of information.On the first day I started the return process because I kept hitting the buttons and resetting the device. After flipping it over in the clip so the buttons were on the bottom helped with that, so I gave it another try. The clip is not very strong and the pedometer kept falling off and it dug into my skin when worn on my exercise tights. The screws to remove the back or change the battery are very tiny. But it seems to be accurate and does what it’s supposed to do.My previous pedometer was an old Omron that was perfect for my use, but the battery cover fell off after several years. The clip was strong and a lanyard with a clip was included, so I could attach it to my shoe. The best thing about that pedometer was that it had a cover, so no problem accidentally hitting buttons. I’ve spent a lot of time looking for a similar replacement with good reviews but without success.I’m keeping this one because the pros outweigh the cons, the price was acceptable, and I’ve found a fix for the whole clip thing that I hope works out. I have a small magnetic buddy pouch that clips at the waist of my pants and doesn’t irritate my skin, and I’m putting the pedometer inside. We’ll see how it goes…

I actually bought this because I ruined the first one by sending it through the wash. I had it for two years with no problems. It does exactly what it's supposed to do. I had no trouble setting up my first one or this new one. One minor complaint is that it doesn't start counting until you take ten steps. This prevents it from counting my steps when I am doing a repetitive task walking less than 10 steps each way. You just have to accept that and figure your steps another way, if it really matters. I find that I also pull it out of my pocket to check the time, since I don't wear a watch. It's often quicker than digging out my phone.

I've had this pedometer for a few weeks, and I like it a lot. It works great!Previously I had a Fitbit Charge 5 I wore on my wrist. I hated it because I don't ever wear watches or any jewelry. Mostly, it was annoying wanting to be charged too frequently and having to deal with an app I had turn on the location every time I wanted to track my steps. The Fitbit was way too needy of a device.I'm a Gen-Xer who prefers this low-tech pedometer much more than the Fitbit. Sometimes technology complicates instead of improving life, especially for something as easy as walking.The 3DTriSport Walking 3D Pedometer with Clip is all I need. It's easy to set up, and has a lanyard if I want to use it, but I just put in my pocket and forget it. I check how many steps I did at the end of the day, and that's all I need.
