Bad batch
I love this sugar it's delicious, I would give it 5 stars but I discovered that seeds got possibly grounded in the sugar after I baked some muffins,it tasted like there's sand in it. So the manufacturer should be mindful of that.

Great date sugar
We love this date sugar and I use it for almost all my baking needs. I will say that it's 'dusty' lol. When you pour it in date dust goes everywhere. It's a tad messy. I have used another brand and it didn't do this. I just make sure I pour it in my mixer very slowly and open the bag slowly so as to avoid the 'plume' of sweet dust that comes out lol.
