I suffer from Hypothyroidism (Hashimoto’s). If I don’t keep it under control I experience infertility, frequent dizziness, headaches, weight gain, hair loss, and loss of normal brain function (I.e my memory gets really bad, I can’t put a sentence together as well, or articulate what I am feeling as well). I started taking this product because, while I have cut out gluten, changed my diet and began supplementing to erase my symptoms (as opposed to medicating with pharmaceuticals), I noticed my brain function not returning to normal. After the 1st day I noticed improvements!!! I remembered things I’d normally forget and I was not as mentally tired at the end of the day as I usually am. I noticed the effects of this supplement lasting several days, so I decided not take this on a schedule but more as needed. While it is more affordable than other nootropics I’ve researched, it’s still expensive so if I can save money by not supplementing everyday I’m happy to do so. The only comment I have is after taking this I was super, super hungry lol. Not sure if that’s a side effect or just me. Highly recommend regardless.

I have taken this for two months, and it might be working but taste going down is just awful. For 55 dollars they really need to work on that. The after taste after swallowing is bad. For that alone I am giving bad marks. Does the manufacture care so little?

It is hard to tell with over-the-counter remedies, but these seem to provide the best benefit

I definitely felt this product does what it is supposed to. But, after developing a rash on the back of my head and my left side, I decided to look it up. Apparently lions mane is bad If you have an auto immune disorder, it makes it worse. I experienced this. I took it for the whole month and now I’m just waiting for the rash to go away, which has been awful.

I'm noticing an improvement in concentration and mental acuity. after a week..BUT warning...Do not take in the afternoon if you are sensitive to caffeine as this has Green Tee...So it could disrupt your sleep. I only take it in the morning.
