Ok it seems it does what it says on the tin, abut aches and pains, but gives me a bit of upset,rumbling tummy, but nothing major. I will continue to take them, it's been few months now, that I started to take them. No flavour, easy to swallow.

I was using the loose powder but this works out cheaper so I have gone with this option.I will give feedback once 3 months has gone.
