Great flavor and texture. Made a great creamy base in around 5 minutes. I cooked it another 25 minutes for firm cake per package instructions and they were perfect.

The color and texture are good. It is a gluten - free product according to the packaging. It was easy to use because the directions were clear. I was using it as a topping for a casserole titled,“Baked Polenta Pie”. It had a sausage ragu with polenta poured over the top.
