Second time around trying these and honestly recommend! They have helped me get my cycles back to regular cycles. I’m not a health professional or anything. This worked for me and it might not for you. But it won’t hurt to try them! I have Pcos and hypothyroidism! And haven’t taken medication for it. I take this instead since it helps regulate my hormones. And I’m also eating or trying to eat healthier.

I’m taking this to increase my milk supply and have definitely noticed an improvement. I’m using it along with moringa, goat's rue, and torbangun. My output went from 7 oz a day to 19 oz a day. It took some time to reach this point, but I’m very happy with the results.

I started breaking out on my face around my mouth and jawline in November. Purchased because I was told this helps with breastfeeding milk supply. There is a warning on the jar in very fine print that directs you to a website that states it could cause cancer. That was enough for me to change my mind. Unfortunately they do not allow returns so be aware of that as well.
