I started consuming electrolytes in the morning first thing. It wakens me up and I feel I have more energy. I’ve tried a few different brands. This one is great lots of flavours to choose from all nice. Dissolves in a minute or so. These are great value for money some other brands are really pricey for smaller packs. Tube is a good size to travel with if need be. The tablets need to be stored in the original container as it contains a desiccant but the tube is small enough. Highly recommend I will be purchasing regularly.

Various supermarkets sell this kind of product. Did a wee bit of a price comparison without the aid of a Russian accented meerkat, This price is the best value!I can’t live without this product now! Advises taking twice daily, I put 1 of these in water 2 thirds of a glass full. I put it in the fridge overnight, remove in the morning whilst the kettle is boiling for my cuppa, I give it a quick stir, to shift the sediment and it’s the most delicious refreshing drink! I’m guessing it’s worked in some way with me, because I really do feel more energised since starting this routine a few months ago!

Bought these during marathon training as my current flavour had run out. I love ginger and these didn't disappoint. Probably not to everyone's taste but I enjoyed them! Only marked it down to a 4 star as they stained my bottle and made it look pretty gross, but that's to be expected I guess with the turmeric! I find it hard to drink enough water so find these really helpful to get me drinking more and getting more hydrated.

Actaully wasnt sure what to expect in taste but its actually best one ive tried the ginger and Turmeric really comers through and maybe its actually better for me , sugar free too , and for 4 ish quid simply cant go wrong

Not cheap, but quick and easy way to get some salts into the body orally if you need to. Useful for alcohol dependent or badly dehydrated from any cause. Would recommend medical help for this or any other serious condition. If you can hold down a liquid while you wait, this or full fat cows' milk might be better than water alone.
