I’ve taken caffeine pills with L-Theanine before which is a component you find in green tea, and although they’d work smoothly I’d still experience subtle jitteriness. These green tea pills have a similar effect without the jitters! And I love it. It seems to keep me alert and energized but not in a way that’s noticeable as it would if you drank coffee. If you’re looking for a subtle energy boost this is it. Now, if you’re looking for an energy boost to go to the gym you might want to look into caffeine pills or a pre workout as this won’t be sufficient enough to boost you up.
