My dad was having a hard time with his regular control for his AC. We ordered this one and it worked perfectly it was too hot for him to go with AC for him. And for the price wasn’t bad!

Dropped my original remote and damaged the screen. Finally got around to replacing it...Wow! Not only does it work better than the original handheld, it immediately connected to my mini split and even fits into the wall rack. Wish I'd replaced it earlier but I was expecting the replacement remove to be much more expensive. Great value, works well and I actually prefer it to the original unit.

I received my remote, put in batteries, pointed it at the heating/air conditioning unit and it worked perfectly. No set up required. So easy. Very pleased with my purchase

We got this in November, and it worked as expected. Less than 2 months old now it only controls the swing and turners the unit off.It will not turn the unit on change temperature, or the rest of the functions.Typical China junk.

I checked to make sure the model of my AC was compatible with this remote control. This remote control works perfectly. Glad to get an affordable replacement.

This remote is an upgrade from the 3 others we have that look exactly the same but don’t have light up screens. I love the green light that turned on in the background. My only complaint is there was some sketchy (bc I don’t know what it says) Chinese writing tucked into the envelope with the remote. I felt weird about that.

This was a replacement unit for my ductless air conditioner. It had all the same features as the original and worked very well.
