Bad sink drains
Finally had time to get installed and plumber found that the sink basket drains are horrible. There are no workable threads for the traps. Had to go to hardware store to buy some to keep project moving. Very poor. Update: I was contacted by the customer service department within 2 days. Joe was very concerned with the quality of his product and my experience with it. He not only paid for the bad baskets but also a reasonable (the amount I asked for) amount for the troubles with the plumbers time. Very satisfied and would highly recommend this company.

Replaced a single bay sink to this. love the depth of the basins, nice quality, no issues for several months now.

Basket drains are junk.
The basket drains could NOT be installed because there were no threads on them. Even my master plummer couldn't make them work. I had purchase three new ones. It took two trips for the plummer to complete a job that should have been done within minutes. I have seen other reviews since my experience. I would just ask the seller why would they continue to send out faulty drains??? I feel I should be reburised for the drains I had to purchase.
