Missing Parts
Missing the roll bar and pressure lever. Have NO IDEA on how to get replacements for them. I do not want to send it back as it is heavy and difficult to carry around. Was really excited to hang this in my classroom too.

I love this so much! I have it hanging right where my kids can write on it, but also to where I could write on it too (for special occasions or parties). I love the quality of the paper as well. It's secured on the wall very well. I think this will last a long time.

Missing wall mount
Missing the actual wall mount but received the roll of craft paper. Receiving refund but the box is heavy and I have to go through the hassle of shipping this back since I can’t just get the mount shipped to me.

All we received was the bracket, paper, and thin metal bar that holds the bottom of the paper down. Please help. No information on how to contact seller.
