The company wouldn’t honor a refund because they couldn’t pay for the postage.
The product was fine, 10 different shaped balls that are easy for a baby to play with- handle and chew on. The balls squeak but don’t bounce.My bad review is for the company- don’t plan on being able to return this product if you decide you don’t want it. I purchased these for my 8 month old as a Christmas present. It was ordered weeks before Christmas, with an anticipated delivery date before the holiday but didn’t arrive until a week after Christmas. I had no use for it after Christmas, and requested a return/refund from the company. I received an email saying that postage is too much so they don’t recommend I return the item because they couldn’t pay, but they would reimburse me $6. I found that unacceptable. If I just didn’t like the product that would be different, but the reason I want to return it is because it was a week late to arrive. ... very disappointed.

It's Easy to Clean, Easy to Hold
We purchased these for the activity box at our office where we provide service and supports for people with developmental disabilities. They are bright, soft, and easy to hold. I didn’t realize they also made a noise like a squeaky toy, but the people we serve seem to like that.

Confusing age advisory
Directly next to the CE mark it shows not for children from 0-3 years. However, on the top right it says ages 3months+. It also smells like plastic and nothing I would like my child to put in her mouth. I'm going to return it.
