Ok guys/ladies. I bought 2 of these from Amazon for my shanty, after using them one night I bought 2 more, I have an Eskimo 949I and the hook over the support poles and light the shanty up nice, they hook the edge of a 5 gallon bucket perfect, they hook to the back of my sled perfect so I know nothing falls out, they fit perfectly in pole holders, I lay them on the ice by tip ups and dead sticks. I put 3 alkaline (not lithium) batteries in them and had them on for 6-8 hours a night for 4 nights and they haven't dimmed yet. They are light, about the size of an appliance build so not big, they haven't broke yet either. Just wanted to share a good thing with my fellow icers.

Really cool. I bought a set for my kids to use with a pop-up tent I bought. Between the four lights, it was bright enough inside the tent for their two day living room camping trip. When I went to put everything away (because really, what kids actually put the stuff away they use), I couldn't find the lights. Lo and behold, they had grabbed them and taken them upstairs to use in their kid cave (the space under my son's junior loft bed). The light there was enough for them to read their books before bed, and was doing enough to not wake one kid (who fell asleep) while the other stayed up a little bit longer. So overall, good purchase.

This is the 3rd set that I have purchased. got this last set for my 80 year old parents. My dad has Alzheimer's disease, and gets confused with little or no light so we leave most of the lights throughout the key traffic areas on at all times. I was visiting them a couple of weeks ago when the power when out for approximately three hours in the middle of the night. I hung these on anything I could find in the kitchen, living room, hallway, and bathroom. They were lifesavers. We could see throughout the whole house, and we didn't have to worry that the about any problems with metal touching metal when the power came back on. Totally recommend for camping or power outages.

These lights is great . I used theme during hurricane berry that hit Louisiana we lost power for about 40 hrs and these e-trends lights worked perfectly while not having power they are perfect for hanging theme in the bathroom or hallways to find your way and the low and high brightness settings is perfect for the right amount of light so u don't stumble around in the dark .. These lights is perfect hang near the bed for reading and gives enough light to see and not wake your partner.So I recommend them 👍👍

Great deal! Got these for camping (which I’d never done before). Used one as the light in our tent, and the other as a light to take to the bathroom. The hooks are the best part - we were able to hang one from the center of the tent. When taking the other to the bathroom (which was just a Spot A Pot) I could hang it from the door hinge and see everything very well. You definitely don’t want to guess where everything is in a dark Spot A Pot!

I’ve had these for 1 1/2 years and still love them. I hang one in my tent and keep the other next to me for walking to the bath house at night. This trip I dropped one and it came a part. It snapped back together and worked perfectly. I would try to give it 6 stars if the on/off button were easier to feel in the dark!

These are amazing! I got this for camping to hang at the top of my tent. They are very affordable and shipped quickly. Once they arrived I immediately tested them out. They are LED and very bright and would easily light up your tent. They have a bright mode, dimmer mode, and flashing mode. Unless you enjoy having a seizure, I would stay away from the flashing mode. It would be good for use as an SOS signal however. I was so impressed with these, I bought two more to use in my shed in the backyard, which has no lighting. Now I have sufficient lighting in my shed and didn't have to run any power out there.

My husband and I do a lot of camping and are always looking for cool little items to make the camping trip more enjoyable and easier. These bulbs will work quite nicely. They're well-made, plastic and they have 3 settings, High, Low & SOS blink. They have a built-in hook so that you can hang them from the center ceiling of the tent or wherever you prefer. These take 3 AAA batteries, so you can take them with you hiking, or even for purposes not involving camping. They are super nice to have and I'm very pleased that I chose them.
