I wear a 7.5 and ordered a 7.5. They fit perfect for me to wear thick socks with and still feel comfortable. For the size heel, they are amazingly comfortable. They were ordered a week before Christmas and said they would not ship until Feb., but I had them before New Year's. Look great. I had lots of compliments on them as well. Pretty well made despite the PU material.
