It's very easy to add water the wrong way and the first time we did so it broke. I'd expect the design should be better to either help people add water correctly or it's more durable. Overall, it's a low quality product, not for anything serious or long-term use.Updated: I opened it after it's broken to see if I can fix and saw that in the picture. Terrible design, glad there's no fire. Would give 0 star if that option is available

Can't figure out how I'm supposed to add water. The instructions are not clear and are written like a bad translation. Also, several of the positive reviews here sound like they were written by the same person. I added my eggs so we will see what happens. But there is no hygrometer or humidity measurement, so I guess I'm just supposed to hope it's at the right setting ....
