This is a very large male or female end of cord lockout. One nice feature is that it can adapt from a small cord to a heavy large cord because it comes with 2 different endplates for cord size. The yellow is bright and easily seen. The only thing I would like to see is that the plastic be slightly thicker. Strange things happen on construction sites and industrial settings - I'd be happier if it was a little more heavy duty. Good product though, I would not hesitate in buying another if the need arises.

not very secure
not very secure, the lockout device is rather flimsy. even with a lock the plug can simply pulled out with a little force applied.

Dont be plugged in when you dont want to be, or dont be unplugged when you dont want to be!
Worth noting, this can be used as a lockin as well as a lockout.Clean, strong, can be secured with locks or zip ties. Not to be seen as "secure" stamping on it would fracture it and render it useless. That said, in most working environments, that is not an issue.In its optimal role, preventing things accidentally being connected, it's perfect - easy to use, to secure and to see! Good visuals will warn others away from connecting the wrong device!On top of that, its lightweight, not too big, and very easy to use!
