Fantastic product. Great taste. If you want preservatives and everlasting product then move on.
No preservatives, no sugar. Of course, you need to eat it in 3 days when you open it. It says so on the label. It lasts for weeks ad if you want to keep it longer put it in the freezer. Just like the label says. This is excellent Biltong just like you can find in Africa if you pick the best. It's vacuum-packed. The rest is up to you. If you don't want the best and prefer fast food then go elsewhere.

Short use by date
Didn't like the taste. Also, I couldn't shake the strong smell once opened. Sadly, this affected my enjoyment of the product, which added to the relatively short shelf-life, means I won't be purchasing again.

Best Biltong Online
By far the best biltong I have bought online in the UK and the closest to the real deal. I make my own quite a lot and this biltong is the closet I’ve tried so far. I will be trying the droeworse next!! Mooi man, ....mooi.

Flavour ok .. too thick and too wet so started to go off after two weeks.
