The only reason they are getting a Two star review is because after I sent them a message after only sending the phone at first, they SORT OF shipped everything else. They never ended up sending me the phone case, which I wasn't worried about since I had ordered another one. But after trying 2 sim cards and being on the phone with Straight Talk support for probably 4 hours total, I am now sending the phone back. I can't make or receive calls, texts, and have no data. I will have 1 bar of service SOMETIMES, if not no service, and my old S7 that was sitting right next to it has 3-4 bars of service.TLDR, it was a joke from when it arrived after they didn't even send everything. ALSO THIS IS AN UNLOCKED PHONE NOT AN ACTUAL STRAIGHT TALK PHONE. VERY UNHAPPY. The only reason I bought this one is because Walmart doesn't have them and the Straight Talk website still wants $730 for a new S9+.
