Vintage Green Velvet Ribbon, 1 Inch X 25Yd

I knew it was the right choice right when I opened the package... it looks great high-quality and I recommend it. I did not use it for sewing purposes, are used to decorate my Christmas table IG @casadavis.decor. But by the pictures anyone can tell how great of a choice is was. Besides it’s a great value for the price because I still have a bunch to use.

Great ribbon, I love it. But as I was cutting to make a particular piece I can across this, cut and taped back together lump, in my roll. The ribbon is supposed to be continuous, to my knowledge. Not taped together in sections. I had to discard of that few inches of section. Not a pleasing situation.

I bought this ribbon along with another ribbon and had the same thing happen. This ribbon is beautiful and sturdy. It went perfect with my solid matte emerald green Christmas wrapping paper. Unfortunately, the manufacturer decided that it was okay to tape on additional strips of ribbon onto the existing spool to make a full 25 yards. Buy at your own risk!

This velvet ribbon is beautiful. I used it for Christmas wrapping and loved the way everything turned out. I will caution that, like other reviews, I found that towards the end it was not a complete roll but rather two pieces that had been taped together. Since I was making bow this was not a huge problem and I made it work but it was a little disappointing to find when the ribbon was nearly gone.

I don't normally buy velvet ribbon so maybe this happens with all velvet ribbons but this one runs and shreds very easily. I put it on my garland on my staircase and anyone who brushed against it in the slightest would cause it to shred and strings were hanging out everywhere.

I am extremely pleased with the quality of this velvet ribbon! No fraying! No tearing! I used this to string up a heart garland for a friend’s son who had suddenly passed away. I strung up 50 wooden hearts, knotted the ribbon at each heart, and it was strong and beautiful. I’ll be buying more!

This product is excellent for what I need it for, beyond my expectations. It's excellent for bordering my walls in s detailed project. Durable and excellent for designing.

This ribbon is so beautiful. Even more so in person. I was so excited to receive it. It’s a great value for the money. The texture and thickness of the ribbon was just as expected. I would definitely recommend this ribbon.
