The prints are not trimmed properly leaving thin trim lines on the front at the edges where they should have been cut. Trimming could be done, I supposed, at at print shop that has a large rolling blade cutter. But the worst part no trimming could ever rectify is that there are big black brush strokes from adjacent prints on the edges of the prints that extend into the picture field a full inch in some places that completely ruin the picture. Hope the return process won't take as long as the shipping took.
