Descendants: Tracking the Past...Healing the Future Paperback – 5 Mar. 1998

There are so many self help books on the market and so many of them don't really help...I know because I think I've read most of them. This book was the first book that really made sense to me. I've always had a difficult relationship with my family but after reading this book, for the first time since I was a young child, I understand why they acted the way they did and more important I have forgiven them. The peace I now feel is amazing. I highly recommend this book. It is my bible.
