Works - but hue and brightness don't match Hue
Wanted to love this cheaper alternative to the overpriced OEM Philips Hue Lightstrip Plus. Didn't quite love. The good: high quality, well packaged, works just fine with Hue Bridge 2.0.The not-so-good: They're not as high-quality as the Philips lightstrips. They're white-only or color-only; they don't blend the W with the RGB LEDs as Philips does, so a) they're a bit dimmer than the Philips and b) they don't have the range of off-white shades the Philips do. In fact, they have a much smaller color range than the Philips lights, and their hue also doesn't match Philips' LEDs, so these strips will be orange when Hues are red and so forth; you have to tweak these in the app to get them to match, and there are many hues the Hues can produce that these simply can't.TLDR: if you just need a basic strip that works with Hue, great. If you've already invested in colored OEM Hues, these won't quite match.

Great lights at a fraction of the price of competitors.
I have been using Phillips Hue light strips for some time now and have always hated the price but could never find a suitable replacement. WIth these light stips, I get all of the functionality of my hue strips at a lower price point and I can pair them to my hue hub!It might sound silly but what i was most impressed with was the adhesive on them because it actually stuck which is not the case for the many sets of hue light strips I have installed.

Easy to install, easy to pair with HUE bridge/app
These are great low cost addition to your HUE collection. They pair very easy to the Hue Bridge. Just plug-in the power source and un-plug the light power source about 5 times until the whole light strip changes color. Once it changes color, it has connected to your wifi and Hue Bridge. Make sure your in the same room to PAIR. After Pair, it has great range and works very easy with HUE app. It has Great color spectrum and very good blue/white which is complained about in a lot of other products. I have purchased several of the 4 feet extension, they just plug with in and stick right up. The 3m sticky backing is very strong. The light strips seem to be very well made and do not feel cheap in the hand. They do not get software updates through your HUE app like hue ulbs, and I do not know if they can be updated or need to be.

Great for TV bias lighting
If you are here looking for cheaper Hue alternatives, just go on and click buy. I love the Hue products that I have used, but the price for their LED strips is a bit silly. After pairing these to the Hue bridge and integrating with Alexa there is no telling the difference between these and my Hue lights. Adhesive is sticky, colors are great, love ‘em.TIP: don’t be like me and throw away the instructions then freak out for 20 minutes because the Hue bridge can’t find the strip. You need to power cycle the strip 5 times in order to get the controller into pairing mode (it will blink to let you know it’s ready).

Thought I was losing my mind for a week
The product is a good light strip. It's sticks well has bright lights good color and pairs and functions well. BUT! 2 OF THE 4 40" EXTENSIONS WERE MANUFACTURED WRONG! It took me a week, several extensions and purchased connectors, and re-solders to figure this out. The defective LED strips have the green and blue leads swapped, while the good strips are built correctly. Meaning that all strips are labeled right (+12, R,G,B,CW,and WW) BUT THE DEFECTIVE STRIPS ARE LITERALLY WIRED WRONG INTERNALLY! Until I finally wired blue to green from one strip to the next, the colors were always wrong. (See pic) This also meant that plugging a defective strip into a good one produced wrong colors for those strips. One thing that I noticed is that the defective LED strips "quotra" and other printing is very light compared to the ones that work, which are easily read. Otherwise the good and bad strips are identical. They need to purge the bad lots from stock so others don't have to figure this out.

Excellent RGB+WW LED strip kit
Packaged like you're opening a new smartphone or tablet. This kit has everything you need to be up and running in minutes! After opening the box you'll quickly notice that this is a quality product and not some random parts thrown together from China. The LED strip is nicely made with weather proof rubber coating, 3M adhesive, compact power supply, and long cables. Everything is also pure white which will help blend in with trim and cabinets. The strip is cuttable to the length you need and you can also solder the strips on the bottom side to extend the length for an exact fit. You could also extend the length by using the built in headers without needing to solder. The length of ribbon from the controller to the strip is extra long to help locate it away or hide it. The cord from the wall wart to the controller is also a nice length. The wall wart is small enough to not block adjacent plugs. The led strip is arranged with RGB LEDs and then every other LED is Pure White with Soft White combo LEDs. This allows the strip to have any white temperature color and then any color in the rainbow. Transitions from one color to the other are very smooth.Setup was very quick and painless. After plugging it in the Hue app on my phone found it immediately and Alexa even chimed in saying a new device was found. I paired this to my existing Hue Hub v2. After pairing it was also found and added in Home Assistant which is where I do most of my home automation/integration.I would definitely recommend this kit to anyone. It would be difficult to find these components separately at the same quality level for this price. After mounting this on the back of the TV, I plan to use ScreenBloom to control the color with the content on the display. For when it's not being used for mood/accent lighting.

Buggy firmware spoils great potential
Bought two of these for my children's study desks. I love the even workspace Illumination they provide, and the kids love the colour options.Unfortunately, there is a major bug that spoils the experience using these with a hue bridge. The controller always lags one instruction behind. So, if the lights are set to warm white and you choose a scene in the hue app that would change it to red, nothing will happen ... Until you make another change, and then it will turn red instead of what your next change was. If using colour or brightness sliders you won't notice a problem, because they'll only be one increment from what you actually set. But when using scenes or using a voice assistant to directly apply a setting, you have to do everything twice. But the hue app doesn't let you choose the same scene twice consecutively, so to get the effect you want to have to select scene -> turn off -> turn back on. (On and Off commands do at least work the first time!)

Great LED Mood light
Good product, great light and good adhesion. I use it with Philip Hues App and Samsung Smartthings. Setup was easy. However, at times, it shows offline in Smartthings, but the automation rules I made still work and I can stil change the colour. Might just be a bug in Samsung's App.Installed it on the ceiling of my home office to create a nice ambiant light.Would buy again.

Great product
I am a Philips Hue junky but I was supprised by this alternative strip I ordered by accident. It works with the rest of my Philips strips, though there is color differnce between this one and the hue strip. Honestly speaking, I prefer this color better. I will keep an eye on this product and its other sereis. Hopefully it keeps my surprised.

Good Zigbee
The strip is amazing, ordered it after compare to few RGB with two channel white strip, there are definitely the best quality. The strip controller is good physicals, Hue's setup and simple to use.The 2m starter kit strip has some extension added, just as simple as sliding the end, and the color of extension strips are matched the basic. It is also able to control by Alexa, "Alexa, Turn on the light strip". "Alexa, set the light strip to 20 percent".

Compatibility with the Hue ecosystem is a game-changer
Despite not necessarily being with the Hue line, it was very easy to hook up with the bridge and app. It is also way more affordable compared to the pricing strategy of Philips Hue.
