Great design and performance!
I really love this pad. My cathartic moment for ordering it came a few weeks ago when, after participating in our weekly running club after work, I realized I was embarrassingly wet. I had to visit the restroom and try (with not much success) to dry off, then sit down and not move until I was a little drier. I have gotten to where I just can't control leaks on runs longer than two miles. I'm 54, have had a few kids...little indiscretions have been a part of my running life for a long time, but they have recently gotten worse. SO--I tried these on a Saturday morning run after two cups of coffee, and they worked extremely well. All pads will work somewhat, but what these have going for them is the tapered shape: narrow in back, wider at front, which results in greater comfort and way less bulkiness. I am always self-conscious about being able to see pads when wearing running tights...and these are invisible. I ran, I leaked a little, and these kept me completely dry. The design is way ahead of other pads, like Poise, that simply don't address athletic needs. Frankly, that surprises me...but I'm happy to have found these and don't mind paying a few extra bucks for the confidence and the performance. Very pleased.

Great idea, TERRIBLE execution
Great idea, TERRIBLE execution. The last thing on earth these are is discreet. It's a cheap, fluffy maxi pad that sticks to your butt and makes a crinkling sound. I did not actually wear it, because I was afraid everyone at my workout would notice a big white crinkly wad in my workout pants. This is a serious issue, and one that needs a solid solution. This isn't it.

Nice product.
It's a great product. Regular menstruation pads wasn't absorbing urine and they aren't designed to. If I leaked a little urine during workouts/runs/jumprope it would work great. Sometimes I lose control of my entire bladder. It can't hold that much. This pad is more of a T shape with the narrow part going up your butt. It's a weird feeling... and it can work around where the sticky part underside irritates my butt. If it was a little more wider, it could hold more urine... It's still a great product and you can't even tell anyone is wearing this. When I run with it - it's comfortable.

Disappointed
A good concept and I wish it works better. The shape does not lend the "tail" to stay put. It is ok for short runs and low to medium intesity workouts. To me, it is for mild protection and not for moderate as it says. Will not buy again.

Excellent customer service
This product did not meet my needs, but the customer service was excellent. The pad is well designed, but smaller than what I was expecting. It is suitable for someone who has lighter leaks. For lighter days it is a good pad. I do think the pad design works well under athletic wear. When the company found out I was unhappy with the product (which I originally reviewed in October 2016) the CEO contacted me to find out the exact nature of my dissatisfaction. I appreciate her taking the time to find out why I was unhappy with the pads.

These pads are great! easy to use
When I increased my running distance to train for a half marathon, I started having leakage problems, sometimes embarrassingly obvious, to me at least. Since I'm in my mid-50s and am a mother, my bladder doesn't work as well as it used to, so I needed some help. These pads are great! easy to use, don't show at all, and most important, do the job. I stopped worry about leaking during a run or race, and they helped me happily complete my half marathon (2 hours 40 mins of running).

Nope. :(
As a mid-40’s crossfitter who has squeezed out 3 kids, I was excited to try these (as excited as one can be about such things). First try....ended up with basically a big ball of cotton in places I did want it. I went from “cool, no one will see this” to “yeah, I’m pretty sure everyone can see that I’ve got a huge wad of something in my pants”. I could barely do the WOD because I was too busy trying to shimmy this thing OUT of my girlie parts...UGH.But...I’m all for 2nd chances so next day I decided to place it a little differently....and I put a lot of thought into it because HEY these suckers aren’t cheap and if it’s working for some people, I must be doing it wrong. This is when I noticed that there is A) not enough sticky and B) the sticky needs to be stickier! It’s a damp area down there during workouts and that’s BEFORE this little guy has a job to do. So...Take 2. Deja vu. More sorrow. More wadding. More of this thing going into places it was not invited. More feelings of wasted money. 8*(Bottom line: these suckers made the Poise pads I’ve been using seem AMAZING. So...there’s that.

I've had two babies and enjoy being very active
Took me a minute to get used to it because the pads are quite thick; however, they stay in place and absorb everything. I've had two babies and enjoy being very active. When it comes to double unders in the gym or a lot of quick core flexion (lots of pull ups) or some really heavy lifts, I make sure to wear one of these pads and feel very confident. I like that they are in a triangle shape because I absolutely couldn't work out with a pad over my butt. I actually prefer to wear thongs and this pad fits perfectly. You really can't tell it's there. I'll continue to order these as needed.
