To the back of the closet they go.
I purchased these boots because I was trying to avoid paying over $100 for a quality outdoor winter boot. While these boots are OK for general outdoor walking or playing, the sole and support are not strong enough for all-day outdoor work. The rubber is rather thin and soft, and they flex quite a bit, and I never feel like I am on firm solid footing. After a full day, my feet hurt. So even after buying these, I am going back to a more solid winter boot - either the Keen Summit County (which I had before and wore out I like it so much) or the Keen Minot. I learned my lesson. Get the boot you want the first time. The liner system is a pain. Putting your foot in, you will crunch it down, so you have to pinch the liner and hold on to it (there is no loop to hold onto). Taking your foot out, you have to use both hands to hold the liner in while you pull your foot out, or the liner will come with you. You CANNOT simply and quickly slide these boots on and off. Its a two-handed, sit-down affair both ways.Overall, its not a bad boot. It's probably worth what you paid for it. I was probably expecting too much....

Kept My Feet/Lower Pants Dry
After a couple of heavy snows I realised my Reeboks are not good for snow. :-) So I bought these. The boots kept my feet and lower pants dry while shoveling a foot of snow. That is all I ever need them for. I will say that I added a Dr. Scholls Gel insert in because there is not enough cushion for me. Especially the balls of my feet were hurting.

Nice boots, fit as expected
Nice boots, fit as expected. Comes with a boot liner, my only complaint is without the liner there is no insole. Over all the shoe could use more cushioning and insulation on the sole interior. I am getting some nice thick felt liners to finish the purchase off right, my husband wore these right out of the box and he did say his feet were cold, but not wet and THAT was huge. There are dozens of boot liners for sale so I'll get a spare pair of those as well. You might want to also if you buy these and are dealing with slush and snow as we are. I do recommend the boots just buy some insoles to go with them.

Highly recommended!
I walk to work and back five days a week, one hour to get there and one hour to get back, and these boots do great! With one pair of thermal socks on, these boots keep my feet nice and warm even in 20 degree weather! I did notice after the first week of wearing them that they were a bit heavy and were putting a strain on my feet, but they adjusted well after the 3d week, and getting gel cushions for them really helped also. With the price and how great they work in the cold, these is an easy five star product!

Excellent comfortable boots
I really like these. They are comfortable to warm, wear, perfect for snow/ice/water allowing nothing inside the boot. I really appreciate the shoelaces being very long which I think attribute to the laces never really coming undone with a single lace.

To much work!!
The insert comes out so easily ny 13 year old son wouldn't even want to wear them .. he's fast and just wanted great snow boots to run out th door ,these are work!!! The long boot shape insert comes out every time you take the boot off !!! That's terrible because I love the style but I wasted nay money !!!

Overall quality better than expected
Overall quality better than expected. Will see how they hold up this winter. ***** To Update 2/2017: These have very poor insulation liners and would be ok to maybe 32 degrees F. Not suitable for NE winter conditions. There is no comparison with a boot like Carolina, LLBean, Sorel, or a real winter boot. You get what you pay for in this case.

Good deal
I found these boots to be just fine. No idea how anyone can say they leak. No way. Must have got snow in the tops. I am happy with purchase.

Boot Is Fine, Liners...Way Too Small
These boots suffer the same problem as many others. The boot itself, is fine, size-wise. But, the liners they come with are way too small. The manufacturer should be made aware of this. The liners need to be made larger. I ended up using the liners from my old boots, which had developed cracks in them.

Ordered as New
I ordered this item as a December birthday present and it was supposed to be new. Although it probably could be under the new category, it was likely a display item that looked like it had been tried on several times and the sole was dirty. Returned for that reason. Refund policy was excellent.

Decent shoes with good traction
I bought these shoes mainly for walking on snow back from work. It's about half a mile walk everyday. These shoes are good for traction if you walk carefully. If you walk fast, you're sure to slip. Not every comfortable down under. My feet started hurting after about a month of wearing them. So I put a sole and now they are OK.I wonder if they will last beyond this season.Overall I'd give a 6/10 for them.

30 mins into wearing these and they fit perfect. So don’t return them right away
My boyfriend complained that it was too small at first but it just needed to be broken in. 30 mins into wearing these and they fit perfect. So don’t return them right away! The insulation will mild to your feet.

Not bad for the price
These boots lasted for about 1 and a half winters with quite a bit of walking. They started having minor issues of the liner starting to wear through during year one but still kept my feet warm and dry. One thing to note is the sole inside is just a hard flat piece of material softened only by the liner so you will likely want to purchase an insole for comfort.Other than that, if you just need to get through some snow and can't justify buying fancy boots right now then these ones will do the trick.
