Doesn't work!
The first thing my baby did was hold the bowl and spill the contents, so needless to say I returned it done didn't find the purpose! Babies these days are much too smart for flimsy bowls like these!

Poor quality
The main reason to bought this was 360 degrees rotation. But product finishing was so bad. It didn't allow the center cup to rotate.
