 Wow.. this is the coolest locker padlock currently available today. It is so easy to setup, in fact if you have an Apple Touch ID on a iPhone or iPad, it is exactly the same concept. It unlocks instantly each time by fingerprint, your finger has to be dry. I had no problem at all, it unlocks so fast. The craftsmanship is superior, and battery is recharge by USB.So let’s get to the two negatives about this padlock. There is no backup option with a key, but the good news is the battery is rated to last 2 years on standby and also warns every minute if the status is low. The word LIFT is misspelled as LEFT on the manual which may be confusing. So here are the instructions from Apple, edited for this padlock...Add a Fingerprint, hold your lock as you normally would when touching the button but don't press hard. To setup the fingerprint the first time, hold any finger down for about 3 seconds until you see a blue flash. This will be your selected Administrator finger. Next, continue to lift and rest your finger slowly, making small adjustments to the position of your finger each time it changes to green. Do it about 10 times until it saves all the positions of the same finger, this is indicated with a loud tone di and a final continuous green light flashing! You have now assigned the administrative finger which is used to authenticate the lock to add additional fingerprints. If you fail to setup the administrative fingerprint, any fingers will continue to be able to unlock this lock.To add additional fingerprints. Hold down with any finger for about 3 seconds until you see a blue flash. Now, you need the administrative finger to authenticate when blue. Next, switch to the new finger, continue to lift and rest your finger slowly, making small adjustments to the position of your finger each time it changes to green. Do it about 10 times until it saves all the positions of the same finger, this is indicated with a loud tone di and a final continuous green light flashing! You have now assigned additional fingerprint to this lock.To delete all fingerprints. Hold down with any finger for an extended 10 seconds until you see a red flash. Now, you need the administrative finger to authenticate once. Hold down the administrative finger several seconds to delete all fingerprints. The fingerprints are deleted when a loud tone di is played. You can also tell when any fingers can unlock this lock, when there is no administrative fingerprint assigned.Works perfect as described, and if the price is right, this may be for you. Recommended. Looks and feels robust, easy to use when you get used to it.It has a memory for up to ten fingerprints. You need to be very particular with touching the reader, a slightly different angle and it wouldn’t open. You can probably use ten memory slots for one or two fingers to make it easier to read the print. I used it in the locker room a couple of time and it was good. First time I left the lock backwards before the shower and had to be dancing naked around it to find the proper finger angle to open.

I needed a lock for an outside deck box. I am bad with remembering where i put my keys for different locks and thought this would be a great idea. Unless I lose my fingerprint, i will not have to cut this lock off. It was extremely easy to set up with my fingerprint and also has many spots in its memory for multiple fingerprints if others need to access this lock

Very well package box and is giftable as a present. The lock is light and looks polished. It comes with a usb charging cable, manual and a lock. After setting it up, I tried unlocking it and it works like a charm. I also used it to setup a second pair of fingerprints and it registered it.Setup: It was easy to setup (after reading instructions twice) and call it user error.Conclusion, buy it as gifts, convenience and not having a key

Loved the concept behind this! Bought it for the gym locker but on 2 occasions I didn’t think I’d ever get back in the locker, where my car keys were stored. Panic! I kept the car key on me after that so the next incident was less intense. When this worked for me it was awesome! Unfortunately I had to return it.

Great product. Terrible instructions. Almost sent back.The key is to scan the same finger 10 times when you set it up. Otherwise anyone’s finger can open.Make sure only your finger opens it before you use. Also the indicator lights are very dim. You can barely see them-configure in a partially darkened room.

I was a bit skeptical about this Lock as securely unlocking with just a fingerprint seems seems too good to be true. However I’ve had the lock for a few days now and it’s worked Really well. The sensor even works when I rotate my finger slightly sort of like touch ID on the iPhone. It does fail to authenticate sometimes but As long as your fingerprint is directly on the sensor it works really well. So far I’m really happy with it!!

This is super convenient! First of all my daughter loves locks and doing combos and so this was a real treat for her! She uses it as a bike lock and loves that she doesn’t have to keep track of a key! Her friends all try to unlock it and are amazed that there is even such a thing! I love that it recognizes her finger print and her only! Keeps her bike safe during school hours! She loves it!
