Cool robot that is easy to control and dances
Way cooler than I was thinking it would be. My 7 year old daughter loves this robot and loves to dance with him to the different dancey music it plays. Cool he dances and can program moves. The “stories” are not really complete but this is not why I got it. The remote control has a lot of buttons that are super clear what they do and my daughter loves the remote control . It is quite durable- has fallen off the coffee table several times and is fine. Moves on carpet or hardwood floor.

Great toy, a sure hit with kids!
I love this robot!! My son was kind of dissapointed at first because we forgot to put the remote control batteries. As soon as he was able to control the robot, it became his favorite Christmas gift! The robot is kind of loud, but Not annoying. It can be really interactive as the child feels encouraged to dance and sing along with the robot. The batteries last long enough to make my son tired. The blue lights in the head are very nice touch. And I like the phrases the robot says and the way it addresses the child.

Second defective/non-working item!
Instead of another replacement, I’ll take my money back, chief. After hours of charging and eating up my energy, it had the same issue as the first robot: it wouldn’t power on. It took everything I had in me not to kick the damn toy. Idk where all these excellent reviews are coming from. It might look cool for decoration but beneath the surface, it’s just a polished turd. No good.

Not the best quality, but it does what we need
This is a fun little robot and it does what our five year old wants. But the power button broke the very first time we turned him on (fortunately you can still access the switch). And it was supposed to tell stories and teach morals. I thought that meant like please and thank you. Well, the stories are definitely not Americanized or necessarily appropriate for young children. One tells about a lion who loved the farmer’s daughter and cut off his claws and teeth to win permission to marry her. But then the farmer despised him. And that’s basically how it ends. Overall, it serves it’s purpose, but I’m not sure I’d buy it again.

Fantastic toy for the price
This is a cheap but fantastic toy. I was thinking the kid (5) might not like it but it turned out this was a great hit toy. He even took it to school for show and tell and all the kids wanted one. Would definitely recommend it. Beware it is a loud toy but it has volume control. Volume has to be lowered every time you power the toy on

Don’t expect too much, but the boy loves it!
It’s a bit difficult to rate this toy, I bought it as a Christmas gift for my 5 year old grandson. On his list was “a working robot” and I found this. Of course he was thrilled when we got it working and it walks, rolls, spins around, talks. The instructions were really, REALLY vague which was frustrating. For example, what is labeled as a reset button worked like a power on/off button. The “power button” pretty much did nothing. On day two, that reset button broke and got stuck on the inside of the robot and it was just difficult and fiddly so I left it alone because he could stick his little finger in the hole to push the button. The remote worked just “okay” and I could only, randomly, make it go backwards with a hand motion but then again, this is where better instructions would come in handy. Fast forward to today, his family went back to their home in another state so I asked the mom how he was enjoying it. I really expected to hear that it just wasn’t working and he stopped playing with it but actually, was told he LOVES it, plays with it and even took it to school for his show and tell! SO.....it’s not a fancy robot and as an adult it got on my nerves with it telling the strange and disturbing (to me) stories, but it makes him happy so that’s that! On a side note, this robot was all over Amazon from different sellers with a wide range of pricing. Honestly, after looking through several descriptions, I couldn’t tell any difference among them so went with a seller offering this less expensive one. I’m glad I did.

Hours of fun
Bought this as a Xmas present for my 6yr old. She's absolutely loving it. Something different from a remote controlled car, this robot dances and sings too. There's a variety of songs and moves which allows the robot to be quite entertaining for a while. Comes with a rechargeable battery and USB charging cable so no hassle with loading new batteries all the time.
