Hard to handle

Mostly accurate but not all the times
Hi, I am writing my honest review after using it for a month. I bought this for daily usage. I received a defect product first. It was showing different weights all the time so i opted for replacement. The replaced product is good but it is accurate when you use at the same place. It is showing the same weight even if we check in multiple times but if you even place this device one feet aside, it will show different weight. May be 1kg plus or minus difference.So better use this product keeping at a fixed place so you will get the accurate weight. I am not sure it is showing my actual accurate weight because i haven't checked my weight somewhere else so far. I assume this product is showing accurate.I am confused to give how much rating to give so i give 4.

No white Display
The media could not be loaded. Product quantity wise ok but,first day display was fine with moonlight glow display,after the following day it cannot able to read the display.. because of lighting part was blown..I tried to change the cells aslo but no use then I tried to contact customer care service but all the time messages "please try after some time and so on..fedup..no idea how to restore to rec'd condition...if anybody knows kindly advised..can reach me on what's app 9908914140

Works alright.
In the beginning, I wasn't sure how to turn on the scale. I was thinking there were some issues with this product. There was also a slight piece of glass chipped off from the side of the scale. Unlike other scales, I used in past this one is kinda different you will have to place both your feet on the scale and wait for it to turn on and measure. I figured it out by reading the manual. (And that was the first time I was reading a product manual in my entire life.)Two AAA batteries are included in the box.There is also an inbuilt Room temperature sensor.Overall I find that the scale functions pretty well gives almost accurate reading even with repetitive attempts.
