Several years ago, a good friend of mine introduced me to using peppermint oil as a natural headache relief. All you have to do is rub a small amount into your temples (each side), and after a short while, the headache disappears.For whatever reason, I hadn't gotten around to purchasing any for myself until now. I'm glad to report that after all these years, this remedy still works wonders! Sometimes I'll have a streak where it seems like I have a headache for a week straight, and I'd rather not take an OTC pill that often if I can avoid it. I'm not sure yet what other home remedies I can use this for, but for headaches, peppermint oil is a legit natural remedy. I love lemon essential oil. It has a lot of uses. It can be used to whiten teeth, laundry freshener, household cleaner and fash wash.As a disinfectant spray I use 20 drops of lemon oil, 20 drops of tea tree oil, a little white vinegar and finish filling a 16-ounce spray bottle with water to use in spring cleaning.I also use lemon in my diffuser to clean the air and as a anti-depressant. The smell of lemon always cheers me up.It can also be mixed with a carrier oil such as coconut and rubbed onto your neck to support lymphatic drainage when you have a cold.This lemon essential oil by Naterra smells good. It comes in a 5 ml Amber colored bottle. It has the euro dropper for convenience. It is made in Italy. The oil is cold pressed from the peel of the fruit. It is 100% pure and is tested for purity.It is important to dilute essential oils. On the bottle it recommends 1 drop to 4 fl oz. of liquid. If you use it topically use it with carrier oils.Also stay out of the sun after applying this oil.Overall I feel like this is a quality essential oil. It has a euro dropper to dispense the oil.Since peppermint oil is so intense it needs to be diluted. To use it topically you need to dilute it in a carrier oil such as almond, grape seed or jojoba. This Naterre Wild Orange smells so good. It is a Sweet Orange (citrus sinensis) essential oil It arrived in a 5 ml Amber colored bottle. It has the euro dropper which can be hard to control when counting drops. This oil is 100% pure and is tested for purity. The oil is steam distilled from the flowers and leaves. It is a product of Brazil.I was doing a little research on sweet orange essential oil. It is used too elevate and uplift and enhance moods. It is also used as a cleanser and purifying agent. It is high in antioxidants and supports the immune system. It combines and blends well with cinnamon, frankincense, geranium, Lavender and citrus oils.I have been using it in my diffuser to clean the air and to boost our moods.
