searched far and wide for real truffle oil (not just flavored with fake chemical aromatics). love truffle flavoring for rustic dishes and this oil definitely fits the bill. My husband loves Mello Mushroom Holy Shiitake Pie, but since I am celiac cannot join him when we eat out (can have a limited choice of GF pizzas). In trying to re-create the Holy Shiitake at home, needed truffle oil as a finishing garnish along with garlic aioli. The oil adds that finishing touch and now I can enjoy Holy Shiitake myself. Perfect complement to the garlic, mushrooms, carmelized onions and MontAmore cheese.

Used it last night to lightly dress squid ink pasta with lobster sauce - fantastic! It gave just the nutty inflection this dish needed to be really superb - a good value as truffle oils go.

I didn't realize it until today but I checked the expiration date of this product: March 1 2019. I bought it in December 2019. I've been ripped off.

I use this mostly on popcorn and avocado toast. A little goes a long way! YUM!!

I’ve had several truffle oils before(real pressed truffle) and I wanted to like this oil due to the 5% white truffle. All I could taste was plastic like flavoring, I’m hoping it’s just a bad batch but I wont be buying another anytime soon.

This oil has a stronger truffle taste and aroma than others I've bought. I'm very happy with it and will buy again.
