If its not working at first shot, try changing the wires first !
The ST-LINK V2 product is quite good, for the price paid.The tiny jumper cables provided ( connector cables ) were unfortunatey not of good quality.I was initially thinking the product was faulty until I changed the wires and found it working fine !

Works great but costly at price 350
Debugger works like a charm on my Linux system- No driver is required- I use Xubuntu 14.04.4- Eclipse C /C++ IDE Oxygen.2 Release (4.7.2)- OpenOCD version 0.10.0+dev-00404-g20463c28I am using it for debugging STM32F103C8T6 (blue pill)4 Star for all this but one less due to its price, ideally it should be around 250

Product is as described in the description. I used to flash my blue pill board and custom STM32 boards.It works fine with the ST-Link Utility. I would recommend this product.
