Was okay. I am not really a chocolate fan.

Everyone talked about how smooth, fruity and tart it was, so i was very curious. It honestly is as tasty as you've read; it's a very new flavor I hadn't tasted before, and it's very pleasant. It also leaves a sweet aftertaste.I regret only buying one of them, but at the same time, I'm glad I did. I think I'll keep this as a "special occasion" type of flavor.

It was good, but tastes like white chocolate

I didn’t know what to expect, but this bar was quite well done. It’s a good, rich balance of the more acidic fruit flavor of the ruby cacao and a hint of vanilla that really compliments and enhances the sweetness. I really enjoyed it and it was worth the buy.

Definitely had the consistency of chocolate, but was indeed pinkish and tasted a little sour as well as sweet and had discernible fruity overtones. I shared it was people I work with, about 20. They all had small bits, so it could go around, but all but one said they liked it, a few quite a bit.

There’s a little something in there besides plain old white chocolate. A rosiness, or fruitiness maybe. My girlfriend and I agreed that it’s nowhere near as good as standard chocolate. It’s just a novelty.

If you are a chocolate lover, ruby chocolate is definitely something to try.While it fit all the descriptions I had heard before trying it (fruity, new kindof chocolate, different than white or dark), the taste is unique yet stilldistinctly "chocolate".

Yes, it does have a berry flavor, but not one that tastes like any specific berry. This really is a great thing to have, and worth the price.
