I am a size 28 waist and ordered these in a size small, they fit very true to size. The pouch area isn't as large as some of their other products, but still offers good size and support. These still fit very low on your waist, so don't expect them to come peeking out of your pants very often. The panel up front isn't very thick, so expect people in the locker room to find out if you're circumcised or not. Plenty of space for those of us that are more well endowed than others.
