Used this for a couple of weeks in the Caribbean. Took a while to get used to as it makes things look smaller and much closer than what they really are. If you don't have a reference point or put your hand out, it's impossible to tell how far away something is. At first I thought my face was inches from the sea bed, but it was several feet away. The other drawback is that the airflow feels a bit restricted. It's fine if your breathing is relaxed, but if you exert yourself and breath harder it feels like not enough air comes in.A plus point is that it never leaked so its one of the best masks I've used in that sense. The little ball that cuts off the air supply if wave is high or you dive is down is good and immediate, no water makes it into the mask.This mask does fog up a lot, so not sure about the anti fog claim. But to be able to breathe through nose and not have anything in my mouth was good.If they can address the strange visual effect and increase air flow then this mask would be excellent.

Bought this following reviews on Amazon and elsewhere. I was unsure if it had a camera mount as although it was referred to in other reviews it isn't on the one in the picture. Gave it a go anyway as sometimes the pictures are wrong, unfortunately the picture was correct. I cant seem to track down the October moon 180A which I believe has a mount, so now ordered an NUUR one on Amazon which is cheaper but looks identical, although does have a mount. I suspect these are all made in the same factory as having tried a similar mask packaging was so similar so hopefully this will be fine. The mask itself was well packaged, looks good quality and hopefully when used by my wife when we go away will prove an excellent mask.

I just had opportunity to try it in the sea. I could use it for as long as I wanted under the water. I could breath without any problems and even when the high waves overflowed me and got a little water in the mask it was just fine and didnt disturb the breathing. When I was breathing out the air the water left too so simply blowed it out. It got a bit foggy some times but I shaked it in the water and was fine again. You can also use antifog wipers.I purchased the small size which is perfect for a women. It gives a very clear view but it is magnifying. I realised it when I wanted to touch something in the bottom but couldn't reach, so it was deeper down then I thought it should be.The mask is very good, great quality and easy to use but in my experience GoPro camera can not be attached. The product description does not mentioned it either.

Bought 3 of these for our family holiday to Greece this year. Usually I buy some cheap tat for an inflated rate in the local shops and end up throwing it away at the end of the holiday. This year I was determined to be better prepared. After checking out some reviews on Amazon and You Tube I chose the Octobermoon masks. All in all we had great fun and I couldn't of been happier with the purchase, great vision with only minor misting, and so much easier to use than a traditional snorkel. Money well spent!

For anyone thinking of buying one of these I say do it, makes snorkeling so much more fun. I got a medium, I think I have a standard size face and I think I could also have gotten away with a large. I was hesitant to order large as I thought it would be to big. medium works but definitely think Large would also have been suitable.

These are ideal for surface snorkelling and very comfortable to wear for long periods. If you want to free dive then stick with a traditional snorkel and mask . With this new mask , you see a lot more and if you bring bread to feed fish then you will see so much more of the fish , just fab , highly recommend

Snorkel fell off after wave hit me and was lost only used it once not happy was so looking forward to using it, when my wife connected octobermoon they responded straight away and have offered to replace lost item straight away that is great after sails service 😊😊
