I’ve been a stylist for 36 years and recently began working in my own studio space salon. I needed a dryer and was hesitant about a portable unit having only used the built ins for my entire career. I didn’t have time to shop, so I rolled the dice on this unit from all the positive reviews and now I’m adding to the positive column. This unit is strong and hot and my clients have even asked me to turn down the heat which has never happen to me before in all my years. It heats up super quick and works perfectly. I couldn’t be any happier with my choice...

The loud ding indicating that the dryer is done is not a good design because it is quite loud and startles me and my guest when it goes off. If there is a way to disable the ding I would like to do so and would recommend a design without this feature. Had I known the ding was a part of this dryer, I would not have purchased, however, the dryer works just fine otherwise.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve purchased this hair dryer and when I was testing it out there’s a rattling sound already. It’s cheaply made even the hood is very cheap looking . This item came with broken shipping box and now I wanted to ship it back I have to purchase a new box from ups, and they want me to pay for shipping and with 20% restocking fee because I have installed the wheels part. Wasted 300 bucks and I’m not happy with the item but to ship it back with all the restocking fee I’ll be wasting a $100. Why would you sell a cheap rattling hair dryer and made it so hard to return? It seems like they have all these policy to make it very hard to return and they would just sell cheap stuff and you will be stuck with the item ! I should of just stick with Sally’s beauty thats where I purchased my first hair dryer but due to faster shipping I decided to go with this company but I totally made a huge mistake !

Love it. Nice down draft dryer. My curls take forever to air dry or diffuse. This is a life saver. I can do my makeup while my hair is drying, it’s the best!

Great value and beats the table top version!

The dryer rattles very loudly. The timer works when it wants to. The drying power is decent. Overall I think it’s priced to high.
