Accurate and versatile
I need something to test caps for ESR and value and find cheap meters and the eBay all-in-one testers to be insufficiently accurate. The DE-5000 is very accurate and has a variety of connections including tweezers for SMDs.Easy to use, accurate and not super expensive. Recommended.

Good job in a compact package
Pretty accurate with repeatable results achieved in small footprint, handheld unit. Comes in handy. Now getting a bit outdated in comparison to modern, oled screen devices.

Missing Accessories
Only the meter has been supplied - listing states the following, vital, items would be included but were not in the package I received.Alligator test lead case(TL-21), SMD Tweezers case(TL-22), Guard Line(TL-23)I will be returning the Meter as it has no functional use without these.
