I've been taking this product for several weeks now. I've never taken a probiotic before--not sure how I'm supposed to be feeling but I don't feel any difference since taking it. Maybe three weeks isn't long enough? Gave it only one star--I don't "hate it"--just don't feel any different.

It took a week or so to show much improvement, but this has noticeably helped in my digestion and assimilation, and I don't have any side effects with dairy or gluten, since it is free of those and other things. I have used other pro biotics especially when I am on antibiotics and have never had a problem. But unfortunately this product caused some stomach issues so I had to stop taking them. I am sure this is not the case for everyone.
