NO HANDLE INCLUDED AS IT ADVERTISES
This item should be listed as a picker head, not a telescoping picker tool. The head doesn't do much good without the handle. The head may be fine. Never bothered to open the package as I wanted a telescoping handle AND a picker head like the product description says

Not as I expected, I thought it comes with a pole but it did not, still had to purchase one

It is only the basket and a basket CANNOT extend to 13 feet. Totally deceptive listing.
