These were fairly easy to take, a little larger than I like for a vitamin but not horrible. They are good vitamins and are effective. I didn't have side effects like some. The taste is fine.

These vitamins have everything you would ever need and then some! This is probably the most complete supplement I have tried. I know I don't get everything that I need from my food, and it feels really good to know that I am making up for some of that.I think these vitamins are a good value for what you get, and I would buy them again.

The bitter flavor makes it even more difficult to consume the vitamin.Due to these challenges, I haven't been able to take the recommended daily dose consistently. I love this whole food vitamin with pre and probiotics. I’m paleo so it’s perfect for me. It also contains iodine as I don’t use salt. It’s great for autoimmune protection.

a bit of an aftertaste however, the reason for buying is the natural ingredients and they deliver. Will purchase again.

It does not work for me. I have low enery and can not sleep.

I thought that they were capsules instead they were tablets !!
